About Sign PDF
Sign PDF documents with an image of your signature and company stamp. Upload a photo or scan once - the white background is removed automatically and the image is saved only in your browser, so it is ready next time you visit.
Place the signature anywhere, resize it, and repeat it on every page or selected pages. Ideal for signing GeM bid declarations, undertakings, OEM authorization letters and every page of tender documents.
Frequently asked questions
Is my signature stored on your server?
No. Your signature image is stored only in your own browser (local storage) and never uploaded. Click Forget to delete it at any time.
How do I sign every page of a tender document?
Place your signature on one page, choose All pages under "Repeat on other pages" and click Apply. Each page gets a copy in the same position.
How do I get a clean signature image?
Sign on plain white paper with a dark pen, take a well-lit photo from directly above and upload it. Keep "Remove white background" on for a transparent result.
Is this a digital signature (DSC)?
No. This adds an image of your handwritten signature and stamp. Portals that require a Class 3 DSC or e-sign need that separately.
