Close an Incident on GeM

You can close the incident raised by you if your query is resolved by following the steps below:

1. Navigate to the incident management dashboard
2. Click on All incidents
3. Click on the incident you want to close
4. Click on Close

5. Enter a closing reason
6. Click on Escalate
