Reply to an incident on GeM

You can reply to an incident by following the steps below:

1. Navigate to the incident management dashboard
2. Click on All incidents
3. Click on the incident you want to reply to
4. Click on Respond to reply

5. Select those whom you want to respond to and enter a response message
6. Click on Submit
