Escalate an Incident on GeM

You can escalate your raised incident to the GeM if the buyer does not reply to your incident by following the steps below:

  1. Navigate to the incident management dashboard
  2. Click on All incidents
  3. Click on the incident you want to escalate
  4. Click on Escalate

  1. Enter an escalation reason
  2. Click on Escalate
