Enter your company name, the GeM bid number and the details needed for the undertaking.

  2. 2

Choose plain paper, your printed letterhead or an uploaded letterhead, and adjust the margins.

  3. 3

Check the live preview, add your signature and stamp if you wish, then download the PDF or print it.

About the Non-Relation Undertaking

A non-relation undertaking helps prevent conflicts of interest in government procurement. The bidder declares that its owners or directors are not related to officials of the buyer who are involved in the purchase.

Enter the buyer's name and your bid number, then print the undertaking on your letterhead. If the bid defines "relative" or gives its own format, follow that.

Printing on your own letterhead

Choose Printed letterhead and set the space from the top so the text starts below your company header. Put your letterhead in the printer, select Actual size (100%) in the print window, and test on one plain sheet held against the letterhead before using the real thing.

If you have your letterhead as a file, choose Upload letterhead instead, so the PDF is ready to upload to GeM with your header already on it.
