Clarifications on GeM
The buyer may request clarifications from the seller at the time of technical evaluation. The seller should respond to the clarification in the stipulated timeframe to avoid rejection in the GeM bid.
A seller will receive an email if a clarification request is raised on GeM.
Steps to reply to clarification
Log in to your GeM Seller Profile and search for the GeM Bid. Enter the comment and upload the required documents.
